  • We are committed to delivering on deadline. Turnaround time will depend on the complexity and urgency of the project or tasks at hand. This will be discussed during your consultation call and a deadline will be agreed.

  • We use email, Zoom, MS Teams, screen-sharing and project management tools to communicate with our clients. We will do our best to accommodate your business and your preferred style of communication. We will agree on a preferred method of communication with you prior to work starting, as well as the number of check-in meetings.

  • You can trial Libra VA Services on a short, medium or long-term basis. We will provide a 30-minute free consultation to understand which of our offerings are the best fit for your business. We will clearly outline our working practices and manage your expectations, agreeing a timetable of delivery and progress updates. Initially, you will work with us on a trial basis for 30 days and then we will review whether we are the right fit for one another!
